Pre-order Murder in the Eternal City

At long last, I have pre-order details for Murder in the Eternal City (Captain Lacey Regency Mysteries Book 16). Writing has been a challenge for me this year–usually I have written 3-4 books by summer; this year I only have only 2 so far. I’ve had many personal ordeals this year, so I’m very happy I’ve done this much!

Lacey and his family travel to Rome and meet new friends (and enemies) and continue their adventures.

The book WILL BE IN PRINT. Pre-orders for that will come soon. Also, James Gillies has agreed to do the audio.

The research into the Italian peninsula in 1820, which was still in the aftermath of Napoleon’s invasion, was incredibly interesting. I learned much writing this book!

Due to life beyond my control, I was not able to finish the next Captain Lacey mystery in time for a release in 2021. I have pushed it to March 2022, and will have pre-orders soon.

Murder in the Eternal City takes Lacey and family to Rome (and vicinity), for more adventures

If you are a fan of the Leonidas the Gladiator series, another novel is coming next May! More on that when I have details.
